Welcome esteemed Customers to the MAP KVIT e‑commerce website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), an electronic website established and owned by VIETNAM‑KOREA IT OUTSOURCING CENTER CO., LTD, Business Registration No.: 0109181322 issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on 14/05/2020. Legal representative: Oh Sang Jin (hereinafter referred to as “MAP KVIT”).
Please read carefully these Terms and Conditions of transaction (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) before ordering any goods on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”).
1. Scope of Application
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to Customers who:
(i) Purchase Products sold on the Website https://map.kvit.vn/; and
(ii) Require delivery of Products to locations in accordance with the Delivery Policy published on the Website.
1.2. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Customers include: (i) any individual aged 15 years or older, possessing full civil act capacity appropriate to perform transactions through MAP KVIT; and (ii) any organisation duly established and operating legally under the laws of Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
2. Formation and Cancellation of E‑commerce Contract
2.1. Formation of E‑commerce Contract
All information on Products displayed on the Website/Application shall in no event be construed as an offer by MAP KVIT to enter into a contract with the Customer.
Steps for contract formation:
Step 1: The Customer places an order on the Website, thereby forming an order (“Order”). Immediately thereafter, MAP KVIT sends an order notice (including order code and consignee information) to the Customer (i) directly via the Website and/or (ii) via the registered email.
Step 2: MAP KVIT sends confirmation of the Order through one of the following methods:
- Via the email address registered by the Customer with details: list of Products, delivery timeframe, contact phone, consignee information, purchaser information, payment value, etc.; or
- Via message to the Customer’s ordering phone number with details: order code, successful processing confirmation, contact information; or
- Via updating the order status in the Customer’s account management system on the Website/Application indicating that the Order has been confirmed, or equivalent content.
The contract between MAP KVIT and the Customer is formed and effective from the time MAP KVIT sends the confirmation as mentioned in Step 2 (“Contract”). In case an Order is delivered in multiple shipments, the Contract is formed and effective for those Products confirmed by the system in each shipment. The status of Products in each shipment can be tracked in the Customer’s account on the Website.
(*) Note: During processing of the Customer’s Order, MAP KVIT reserves the right not to confirm all or part of the Order in cases including but not limited to:
- MAP KVIT/supplier cannot meet all or part of the transaction conditions in the Customer’s Order due to objective reasons, system technical errors, or supplier issues;
- MAP KVIT suspects speculative behaviour by the Customer (the concept of speculation is defined at item (i) Clause 2.2.2 below).
MAP KVIT will update information on any unconfirmed order status in the Customer’s account management system on the Website for the Customer to monitor.
2.2. Cancellation of Order/Contract
2.2.1. Customer’s right to cancel
(i) Cancellation before the Products are printed, produced and dispatched:
The Customer may cancel all or part of the Order before the Products are printed, produced and dispatched by one or more of the following methods:
- Contact the Customer Service Center (hotline: 0979020701); and/or
- Send a request via email: contact@kvit.vn.
MAP KVIT will confirm via SMS, email, or update the order status to “Order has been cancelled” in the Customer’s account management system.
(ii) Cancellation after the Products are delivered: The Customer may only cancel the Contract after the Products are delivered in accordance with the Delivery Policy on the Website.
2.2.2. MAP KVIT’s right to cancel
MAP KVIT reserves the right to cancel a confirmed Order (Contract) in the following cases:
(i) When MAP KVIT discovers signs (in MAP KVIT’s opinion) that the Customer:
- Speculates (understood as taking advantage of MAP KVIT sales policies to place large‑quantity orders and/or not for final consumption but for resale to seek profit); and/or
- Exploits system loopholes, errors, mistakes leading to incorrect Product information (including but not limited to price, delivery conditions, stock status, characteristics, product types, attached conditions or promotions) during transactions with MAP KVIT to gain undue advantages;
- Violates the Promotion Policy specified in Clause 2.3 of these Terms and Conditions.
(ii) When MAP KVIT or its delivery staff cannot contact the Customer three (03) times or more within twenty‑four (24) hours from the first delivery contact attempt.
(iii) When a Force Majeure event affecting MAP KVIT’s performance of the Contract occurs and lasts more than twenty‑four (24) hours from its commencement, MAP KVIT will use all means and maximum efforts to notify the Customer and propose a new performance time. If the Customer does not agree, either party may cancel the Contract.
(iv) Other cases where MAP KVIT has grounds to deem the Contract void under Vietnamese law.
If a confirmed Order is cancelled in whole or in part, any amount the Customer has paid corresponding to the cancelled portion will be refunded in accordance with the Return Policy published on the Website.
2.3. Promotion Policy
To ensure fairness and protect end‑consumer rights, MAP KVIT may impose limitations in promotional programs (“Promotions”), including but not limited to:
(i) Limiting the maximum quantity of Products per Promotion that a Customer may purchase;
(ii) Restricting the purpose of purchase, whereby Products bought in Promotions are for consumption only, not for business, resale, or transfer in any form;
(iii) Other limitations (if any) detailed in each Promotion.
These limitations collectively constitute the “Promotion Policy”.
MAP KVIT may refuse, cancel, or recall Products of Orders violating the Promotion Policy without prior notice. An Order violates the Promotion Policy if placed by one or a group of related Customers using one or multiple accounts to buy promotional Products. MAP KVIT has full discretion to determine such violations.
3. Price, Invoice and Payment
3.1. Product Prices
Product prices may include or exclude VAT and are specified on the Product page. Prices do not include shipping fees, which are defined in the Delivery Policy on MAP KVIT’s website.
3.2. Invoicing
Customers may request an electronic financial invoice by clicking “Issue invoice for order” before payment and must provide complete and accurate invoicing information. MAP KVIT will not process any invoice information changes after order confirmation. MAP KVIT may refuse or consider late invoice requests case‑by‑case.
Invoices are electronic and will be sent via the Customer’s registered email or via a download link within a reasonable timeframe. MAP KVIT does not split/merge multiple Orders for invoicing.
3.3. Payment
Customers must pay the Order value per the Delivery Policy before receiving Products. Clicking “Payment” means the Customer confirms Order information and agrees these Terms and Conditions apply.
3.4. MAP KVIT may refuse credit‑card payments at its discretion.
3.5. Payment Safety
(i) Pay only via the link redirected from MAP KVIT;
(ii) Safeguard cards and account information;
(iii) Do not allow others to use cards/accounts for purchases; report anomalies immediately;
(iv) Do not disclose CVV/CVC/CSC codes of international cards.
4. Delivery of Products
4.1. Delivery Address and Time
Products will be delivered to the address specified in the Order within the timeframe in the Delivery Policy or at the Customer’s requested time if compliant with that Policy.
To change the delivery address, call Customer Service with the Recipient’s name, phone, and new address. The designated recipient (“Recipient”) must present ID (ID card/Citizen ID/Passport) upon request.
4.2. Inspection on Delivery
Rules for inspection are stated in the Delivery Policy. Risk and ownership transfer when the Recipient signs the Delivery Sheet. Keep the Delivery Sheet for reconciliation. After the return period, issues are handled under the Warranty Policy.
5. Exchange and Return
Exchange and return follow the Return Policy on the Website.
6. Reward Points and Redemption
Reward points accumulation and redemption follow MAP KVIT’s policy from time to time. MAP KVIT encourages Customers to register an account to track transactions, receive updates, promotions, and loyalty benefits.
7. Customer Service and Complaint Handling
7.1. Inquiries and Complaints
For any questions or complaints (product/service quality, delivery, courier attitude, exchange/return, etc.), contact Customer Service at hotline 0979020701 or email contact@kvit.vn. Provide the Order number. Customer Service will respond promptly.
7.2. Product Warranty
Products are warranted (if any) per MAP KVIT’s policy. Follow the warranty instructions accompanying the Products or posted on the Website. Contact the provided channels or Customer Service for assistance.
8. Information Security
8.1. Customer information is governed by the Privacy and Information Sharing Policy on the Website.
8.2. Payment information is governed by the Payment Information Security Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
MAP KVIT is not liable for any losses/damages incurred by the Customer after the risk passes, unless caused by MAP KVIT’s fault.
10. General Provisions
10.1. Referenced regulations form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. In case of inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
10.2. By accessing and purchasing on the Website, Customers agree to these Terms and Conditions. MAP KVIT may amend them at any time; changes take effect upon update without prior notice. Continued transactions signify acceptance. Customers should regularly review these Terms and Conditions.
10.3. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
10.4. These Terms and Conditions and all contractual matters are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days; failing which, they may be settled by a competent court.
